FAQ
What does PCACCA do with my test once it is received?
Once a test is received, the test is graded; on the test, our processor writes the date it was received and the test score.

How long is the turn-around time from when my test is received, to when it is processed?
Within 5 business days, PCACCA will have your test processed and placed in the mail to be returned to you. Also within those 5 days, PCACCA will have proof of your completed hours mailed to CECPM.

Does PCACCA follow up to make sure my hours are accredited?
Yes. Once each week CECPM e-mails a roster of all persons who received accredited hours through PCACCA. Those rosters are double-checked to make sure each person's hours are accounted for.

How late in the year can I take an exam and still receive credit?
You can take a test through the last day of the year. The test must be post marked prior by December 31st or you must pay for the tests via Paypal by December 31st. If either of these requirements are met the test can be counted for that year.

Who can I talk to if I have further questions?
